We recently stayed at The Dylan Hotel as our home base while we traveled all over Ireland. Each time we returned, we were happily greeted by the front desk personnel by our first names. The staff assisted us in booking train and bus trips all over the country. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They offered water and even snacks one day when we were leaving the hotel early for a train trip. By the end of our stay we felt like old friends with the front desk staff. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We stayed in one of the new suites on our last night and loved it. Very spacious with great amenities. We visited the bar and restaurant many times as well. The food was wonderful and the service impeccable. We had no complaints and would highly recommend The Dylan Hotel. We will definitely stay there on our next trip to Ireland.
We stay 3 nights at the Dylan and our stay was marvelous! The attention from the young staff was outstanding. Thanks to Valeria and Ines to have make our stay so marvelous. Thanks for all the special attentions in our room. The service for the breakfast and diner was very warm and professional. The rooms were very comfortable, especially the bed. Will definitely stay at and highly recommend the Dylan hotel. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay and Happy New Year 2023 !!!
Lovely hotel in a great location with a pharmacy, pubs and restaurants all in walking distance. The hotel has a unique style with a few comfortable lounge areas where you can unwind. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and the staff were very friendly and could not do enough to help. Safety: The area is in an open, bustling part of town. My experience of this area having travelled solo on a few occasions has always been good. People are friendly and it is a nice area. Walkability: 5min walk away from shops, bars and eateries.
We visited the Dylan hotel in March of 2023. Sandra at the front desk welcomed us and was attentive to every aspect of our visit: Sandra provided recommendations for visiting in Dublin and even made sure that we had water when we were leaving! The room was fitted with modern amenities and even a US outlet. All the staff were very courteous and treated us as cherished visitors: what a pleasure and privilege! We would never hesitate to stay at the Dylan again; the Dylan is a bountiful welcome to Dublin. Rooms: The room was fitted with modern amenities and even a US outlet. Safety: The hotel is in a calm area of the city. Walkability: The hotel is located near the center of the city.
Came for a relaxing weekend in Dublin outside of the tourist traps/locations. £800 for two nights and there’s weddings/functions both nights with blaring music into our bedroom that don’t stop till 11:30 and our bathroom looking like a night club from the flashing lights. Bedroom is not 5 star quality either, with a run down bathroom decor and tatty carpets and wrong guest name featured on the TV. Air-conditioning doesn’t work and a fan provided only. Can’t move us to a better room. Would choose somewhere else to spend your money.
We started our trip in Dublin and I am delighted to say that The Dylan Hotel was the perfect place to begin our vacation. The rooms were quite large for a European hotel, the interior was beautiful, the bed was comfy, and that bathroom was so luxurious. I don't know how I can ever go back to floors that aren't heated. This is the only hotel we stayed at during our trip where the AC actually was adjustable. The staff was so friendly and even remembered small details about us and the breakfast was delicious. I ordered room service and, not only was it really quick, but the food was so tasty and a a big portion! They even came and cleaned our room twice a day. This was also located in a quieter part of town which we preferred. The view from our room wasn't the greatest it was a alleyway but everything else about this hotel made up for that. Would definitely come back and stay here again!
Wonderful hotel. The staff were ready to help make our stay as pleasant as can be. Great location near Grafton Street and Trinity College. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby.Rooms: 5/5
Wonderful hotel. Rooms are simple but perfect in every details. Staff nice and helpful. I also love the area. Great bar.Rooms: 5/5
Top notch boutique hotel, with exquisite personal service, sizeable and comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. You can easily walk into town it's around a 10-12 min walk to closest shopping district and the prices are very reasonable too - especially considering the quality. Highly recommended.Rooms: 5/5
Boutique style with fantastic atmosphere in the centre of town. Comfortable beds. Loved the breakfast and had a great evening meal one night. Will be back next visit to Dublin.Rooms: 5/5
