Atmosphere and service are great. Cocktails are very disappointing. Most of them are simple taste, with lack of texture. Vibe is very cosy, in dim light, classy.
Really loved this bar, it was really good vibes. Music was great, drinks were really good and so was the space too. The service was also really lovely, would visit again.
Nick was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and makes a perfect cocktail. We had such a wonderful time visiting 9 below. Aside from the cocktails, they have nailed the aesthetic. We definitely recommend!
Booked nine below for cocktails for my Dad’s birthday and it was really lovely. The team there are so nice and the cocktails were delicious and decent value compared with other cocktail bars nearby. There was a great atmosphere, great music not too loud, and lovely festive decorations. The lady who greeted us and brought us our drinks was also the only person on the floor and she managed it so well - thank you and fair play!
My first evening at Dublin. This was my last bar to visit for the day after having a disappointing time at the so called whisky as well as traditional pubs so highly rated by the travel guides. for mr they were simple lack lustre and lacked any appeal. So with no expectations, I ventured into 9 below. The music and the tasty done decor and interiors were exceptionally warm abd welcoming . The staff was so knowledgeable. The lady recommended me to try a Pineapple Express abs eloquently described the taste profile. Seisha and her colleagues were great and Nicholas aka Sir Nick blew me away with their creations . A truly amazing awesome wonderful evening Hope they open a 8 Below in Singapore too
Popped in for some anniversary cocktails and the lovely staff greeted us with a complimentary glass of bubbles. The girl dark hair who served us was absolutely fab. So profesional and made our night really special. The cocktails were amazing. Loved the decor. Highly recommend.
Super cool bar. Cool music, there's a dj literally at the bar playing music. The cocktails are fabulous. And the staff are very friendly! One slight issue is that one doesn't get helped very soon by a staff member and they don't come around very often, not at all actually unless you signal to them. On the one hand understandable as its a very popular place. On the other hand it would be better if they kept an eye on it or thought of another system for waiters and waitresses.
My wife and I popped in after accidentally finding this awesome speak easy while exploring St. Stephen's Green. It was midweek and early, so they were not super busy yet, but most tables were reserved. We were probably under dressed, but no one seemed to mind. They got us a nice corner table, and the drinks were great. Pricey, maybe, but you are, I think, paying for the drink, service, and atmosphere. All were great.
I enjoyed my cocktail, but unfortunately my boyfriend didn't. His old fashioned was so sweet. He end up with stomach ache. He has been there before and that was the second time, and he said he will never come back... I would like to give another opportunity but not sure about it. The atmosphere it's nice and the service was okay.
A really nice spot in Dublin – one of a kind. In a city where there are often huge huge bars Cafe en Seine, also nice, this is a welcome addition. Cocktails were outstanding. Service was a bit slow, but music was enjoyable and the company was also nice.
