Great and relaxig spot. Has a bar and restaurant. We went for a jazz event on Thursday evening in may from dublunjazz.ie.Very calm, fantastic place with superb lighting and tasty coctails. They serve food during performances too.Charming by dipped light, blue velvet curtains, small comfy red sofas. We were sittibg by the stage and it was fantastic.I would say Baggots Hutton is a small hidden gem in city centre for relaxed and posh atmosphere.
Nice and cosy brunch with vegetarian and vegan options as well as good traditional food. Place has some temporary art exhibition and host jazz events in evenings
Excellent food, small portions but great flavour. Went for a Valentine's set menu with jazz. Was sitting out front first away from the performance and a bit close to other diners for any intimacy. But we moved into the bar when space became available. The easy jazz was nice. The service was slow but to be expected on such a busy night. The staff were lovely though and very helpful. We didn't stay for a cocktail due to the lack of intimacy and space. Overall a good experience.
Very nice place, intim atmosphere, lovely place to listen good music.
Walked in to ask if we could see the menu, because we weren’t sure if we wanted to eat here or not. The owner was so friendly! He offered to give us recommendations for other restaurants if we didn’t find anything we liked. We were so charmed we decided to stay and glad we did. My mate had the Rigatoni and I had the Piccanti pizza which was very delicious. The owners checked on us very regularly which is not common in Europe from my experience. He even sat down with us to talk about local restaurants we should try if we get a chance. Very friendly service, fest food, and the space is very interesting. Check it out if you’re looking for a good Italian spot.
Great food , friendly staffs , atmosphere is amazing . Love it .unreal .
Absolutely beautiful delicious food. Service was so genuine and pleasant. Atmosphere was brilliant! Ordered from the Vegan Brunch Menu and the food was incredible. Will absolutely be back with all of my friends.
It seems to be a great place, but our first experience was not a welcoming feeling or pleasant service. Questions seemed to annoy the waitress or manager, not sure who she was. Waiting for just a coffee for too long, no smiles or small chat to let us know we weren't forgotten. They all seem angry, sad or annoyed. It might not be the case but that's how it seems from our perspective. We walked away without the coffee.
I went there for a dance event that happens every year in Ireland so top part had no tables and people could dance. It wasn't a normal day but staff were great and I think they are always like that. Some of these drinks were unbelievable like a expresso Martini. Try one.or 2 or 3 . I didn't get food there but pizzas look delicious.
Seated 3 at a table for two. 30 minutes to get served, while the manager walks off distracted halfway through a drinks order. A generous charcuterie plate once it arrives another half an hour later. Average Italian pasta mains, poor wine selection with a huge markup on average wines. Would have been willing to for a drink or dessert if any hipster waiter had shown the slightest bit of interest in our table. The worst dinning experience I've had in city centre Dublin in a long long time.
