Absolutely shocking service, first purchase and experience here, went back 3 days later to return an item and the staff member inspected the shirt like a fake bank note and refused a refund based on some “marks” that wiped off when I got home, assumed it has been worn when it hasn’t and ignored the fact the shirt was faulty anyway, this is not how you operate a successful retail space, I’ll happily never shop with them again and sure I’m one person but if they continue to offer this sort of experience neither will many others.

Clean and cool. However not much choice if your a bloke, defo a ladies shop.
