Loved this place! Food and coffee is amazing and the space looks very nice. It is situated in a calm street and also having the expo space with the little store attached is nice.
I loved this place, I made a very random selection of the menu and it came to me very delicious..... I had the banana bread and peanut butter with seeds where I didn't try it ever before and there are no pics for anything in the menue with freah raspberries and blueberries and a cappuccino..... Its sooooo delicious.... Coffee also is yummy and the staff are really friendly
Very nice cafe with a clean decoration, cool atmosphere and very friendly staff. I've been here a few times and really enjoyed the soup and the coconut bread. The bagel was not my favourite though but the only meal which I remembered to take a picture of.
Visited with my partner over Valentines weekend and was left feeling a bit “meh” about the place. The food quality was overall good but a bit lacklustre with almost everything feeling as though it could have used dressing, sauce, or a final season before it arrived on the table. We got the lamb pasty which was dry, the carrot and red cabbage salad which had no dressing or seasoning to speak of and the coconut soup which could have used a good crack of salt and pepper. Coffees were fine. To be fair the pastries were delicious and if I were to come back it would be for them. Service was also a bit sharp and unfriendly and I’m not sure if this was due to our waitress being left to handle the place alone and therefore being stressed or that she just plain didn’t want to be there. Either way, would probably pop in for a pastry and a coffee if I was in the area again but it would not be in even my top five choices for the area.
Yummy. Everything is wonderful, and some good gluten free options -- they do their sandwiches on a nice gf roll. Their cucumber and sesame salad was particularly delightful, as was the homemade custard cream!
Nice lunch with tasty home made soup. Efficient and friendly staff. It is on the site of an old Victorian swimming pool. Would visit again.

I thoroughly recommend a visit to this cafe. Friendly staff, super clean, and delicious food. I had the apple and olive oil cake, with maple syrup icing. Outstanding.
Lovely new cafe at Dovecot Studios. Run by the hugely experienced team behind Pinkerton's Catering. The space is light and airy and the food is delicious. We had lunch there The best cheese scone I've had for a long time! followed by excellent coffee.
Great coffee, orderable at non-standard temperatures. Basic cafe fare done well. Their ingredients are high quality, locally sourced stuff judging by their bacon and salad leaves. Highly recommended.
