Had a lovely meal here with my eldest daughter for Mother's Day. Set menu was excellent, sufficient choices plus a prosecco option, lovely. No feeling of being rushed and the servers were so pleasant. Definitely an experience worth repeating.

Myself and a friend visited this cafe for the first time today. Started well with a nice atmosphere, we sat down and perused the menu and as we were in the mood for something small we settled on the “Hot drink and Cake” deal. There was 5 options of cake to choose from however they were sold out of all options bar the pineapple and banana cake or we were told we could wait 20 minutes to get hot scones. We decided that the scones were the way to go. 20 mins went by, then 30, then 40 and we were told they were just out but too soft to serve so we have to wait longer again. After nearly an hour of waiting we gave up and the waitress didn’t even acknowledge that there was any problem with us having had wait so long with nothing back. She was quite disinterested and not even an apology or offer of discount to compensate was offered.

A lovely place to eat. We had lunch here and it was really nice. The staff were nice, but it did take a while to get the bill. The decor and he atmosphere are nice and comfortable.

Unfortunately not the best experience that I have had with a coffee shop. Met my mum here and she felt the staff had been a bit on the rude side with her, and the food was average. Coffee was tasty though. This was about (1 month ago so take this into account if you are choosing to go here, maybe things have changed!)

Pleasant place. Food was good. Portions reasonable. Bit overpriced. Nice desserts.
