Great location for breakfast/brunch but be aware that it gets very busy at weekends because it's so good. You may find yourself waiting in a queue for a table. Great menu, excellent coffee and generally efficient service. Good selection of baking too. Staff are friendly, and all in all you really can't go wrong with Loudons. We've used it many times with friends and family and are yet to be let down in any way. Try the Eggs Benedict!

I wasn't as impressed as other people. The burger was just OK. The burger I had at Brewdog was way better. The staff were friendly and good. The place was nice. I had a carrot and ginger juice which was lovely. I didn't give it 4 stars as I was expecting much more of their food and all their burgers were blended with streaky bacon which I didn't want, but had to have as there wasn't another option.

I came here for breakfast which was GREAT! We ordered french toast and poached eggs with avocado (can’t remember the order name) I highly recommend it. The artisan coffee blend was so good that I had two cups of coffee :) The service was perfect and the staff very nice and friendly.

Loudons is fantastic for brunch. If you need (or want) gluten-free options, this will be your dream place! I have tried many items on the menu (sweet breakfasts or more salty, big fry-ups) and have loved all of them so far! The place is clean, with a big south-facing bay window which brings in plenty of light. Be careful though, it can get really busy!

A fantastic place for brunch! The menu is varied and interesting, even the most traditional positions come with a twist. Whether you’re a vegetarian, gluten-free, have a sweet tooth or prefer to start the day with a boost of vitamins, there will be an option for you! The service is attentive yet not intrusive. Loudon’s has a big shop floor so that one doesn’t overhear the conversation at the next table and the arrangement is such that even big groups can be accommodated. The joy of visiting Loudon’s comes at a higher than average price (around £11-13 for food + beverages, although the quality of the dishes makes up for this) and not infrequently a long wait in the queue of hungry customers!
