Great selection of well priced, quality clothes and friendly staff.
Excellent customer service. Staff are helpful, happy, and polite. Next is my first choice of clothing brand. I have never been disappointed with quality.
Found what I wanted on first floor but no tills open or sales assistant around. Went downstairs to pay. Again no one around or serving at tills. Waited five minutes. Eventually assistant appeared at till furthest from where customers were waiting and grudgingly uttered “Can I help you?” with total lack of interest. No apology for keeping queue of customers waiting and no attempt at politeness during transaction. Won’t be returning.
Nice, airy , spacious store. Friendly staff. Easy in-store collection as plenty of free parking right outside. Not very easy to access by public transport - 5-10 mins walk .
