Love Harts. Friendly staff. Cafe was good. Had the breakfast. Personally I thought it a little over priced for what it was. I hasten to add there was nothing wrong and I enjoyed it. IMHO Stur of the Moment's Big Stur is a lot better. But best wishes to Harts in their new venture

I purchased a Sage food processor 3 years ago from Harts of Stur. I got the item and was very satisfied up until the motor of this £600 machine stopped working. At first i I contacted Sage manufacturerdirectly to sort out this matter, but was informed that I should send my machine to a UK address in order to make us of my warranty. When i informed them that I prefer not to involve third parties, but I AM WILLING TO COVER THE LOGISTICS COSTS, they suggested to contact Harts of Stur since I bought my product from their website.  Today I did what the manufacturer asked me to do and contacted Harts of Stur, in order to send them my food processor and forward it to the manufacturer. I was told that they do not offer this service and have to make other arrangements.  I invested my money in this machine as I read a lot of good reviews about it and comes with a 30 year  warranty... Which seems I cannot make use of it simply because I am not residing in the UK.  At first the assistant who answered my phone call was checking with the director if this can be done, and without a valid reason she said they cannot assist me with this. At one point she became arrogant and transferred my call without even telling me. It seemed that i was transferred to another guy who repeated the same thing over and over again that I should find other alternatives as they are not willing to help... Not to mention they were lying to me that they are checking my warranty without even bothering to ask who's calling and regarding what.  Basically from my experience, Harts of Stur have no after sales support whatsoever! I was willing to cover all the logistics costs, contacted the manufacturer myself, therefore all they had to do is forward my machine to the manufacturer but they refused.  Totally disappointed !!

Great selection of products with quick delivery. However no attempt to package, my coffee maker arrived in its own packaging with an address label attached, torn and badly damaged.

It is a fantastic store , so much to explore,  wonderful staff giving excellent customer service. A trip to the restaurant is a must with so much choice of excellent food and again such fantastic customer service.   fabulous gluten free choices too.   We will be back, often.

So many things to look at housewares,clothes,shoes,boots,hardware,cookware,garden plants and garden accessories cleaning stuff,pet stuff, gifts and a lovely cafe for breakfast, lunch and tea. Great Staff helpful and friendly particularly Jen in the cafe. Well worth a visit .

Exemplary customer service. The team went above and beyond when I had an issue with my Kitchenaid mixer even though it was nearly two years after my purchase. Its heartening to still experience that level of service. Highly recommend.

Stunning service by Harts of Stur...talk about under promising and over achieving! I made a last minute decision to order the Kitchen Aid hand mixer late on December 22nd and received it on the 24th! Absolutely first rate service, and I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you!!!

Had an exciting afternoon in Harts after an excellent lunch, followed by purchasing a coffee maker and a waterproof jacket plus several Christmas presents! The staff in the cafe were extremely helpful and the food served promptly.

1st bialetti venus coffee maker turned up scratched and the box was already opened + delivery box was in an awful condition. They then sent me the wrong item as a replacement. 3rd time lucky - although it still had a small deep scratch in the side of it.
