Amazing selection of eateries including middle Eastern, Asian and western cuisines. Clean, large enough to not be too cramped during busy periods. Ample disabled parking right outside entrance. All parking free for 3 hours.Service: 5/5
It is a great location to rest for a night or two just off the M25. Rooms are cosy but clean. We were on the ground floor, but I cannot not recall hearing any noise from outside the building. Many well-known eateries are next door. Plenty parking! I would book again.Rooms: 4/5
It was conveniently located for an overnight stop. The receptionist was welcoming and served us our drinks in the evening at the small bar area. Room was suitably equipped but the dried sick stains in the bed base was a little off putting as well as the many stains on the carpets throughout the hotel.Rooms: 3/5
I actually asked to stay in this hotel on my trips to and from Europe recently it's handy as it's located on the M25 at Cobham services there is a huge car park so you'll always be able to park and of course next door there is the services which offer food from many parts of the world. I do like this hotel but we had some problems getting my room heated but they took care of that by lending me an oil filled heater which soon warmed the room up.
As budget hotels go it’s fantastic Room was clean quite spacious, staff really friendly and helpful Location is ideal. They had a deal £25 for dinner and breakfast Dinner was 2 courses plus a drink and all you can eat breakfast Not Michelin star but hey it £25 We only stayed one night as I was coming down from Manchester to buy a classic car but I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again When I’m looking for my next hotel I will be checking out the Ramada hotels I have given 5 stars because it is such good value , have I stayed in better hotels? Yes but not at this price Dave
Only used it for one night as a coach driver and the room was very pleasantly done out. Bathroom was very nice and modern and shower was good, although could probably do with a bit more power. Good location as it's on the Southwestern stretch of the M25, so good for Heathrow, London and the Southwest in terms of travel. Room was very well insulated and I couldn't hear anything outside at all. Staff on front reception were very helpful, providing me with some breakfast bits and fruit as I was leaving before breakfast was being served the next morning. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable travel stop with minimal noise pollution.
It was a good stop for our journey home to Devon. Splitting the journey miles this hotel was ideal, with restaurants next door, huge car park is free whilst staying at the Ramada. Clean, reception very helpful and dog friendly. Would stay again.
Rooms need a bit of tlc the bathroom looks to be new if anything the bathroom was the best part of the room if the rooms got upgraded I would recommend this hotel wouldn't stay there by choice but if there was nothing else available it does it's jobRooms: 2/5

Stayed here because we were picking up some cats that were travelling over from abroad. Nice hotel, comfy. Beds were a bit soft for our liking, but they were perfectly fine. Bathroom sink was really high! Staff very friendly!Rooms: 5/5
