I have stayed in Leatherhead Travelodge twice, within the same month. This would be my preferred hotel in Leatherhead. The location is strategic and close to many amenities.nnLove the checkin and checkout experiences handles by Maria. Smooth. The housekeeping team Rose and her friends really attentive on customer’s needs. Friendly and helpful!nnThanks all, looking forward to see you again.
The staff at reception could not have been more friendly or helpful, with Maria and her colleagues always ready with advice and guidance. The room was clean and the only downside was our room at the front was over a late-night takeaway shop, while music and noise from the nearby pub went on until the early hours of Saturday and Sunday mornings. Better double glazing is definitely needed.
Reasonably priced, good value. Friendly and helpful. Clean, warm, spacious and very comfortable. No views as in town and backs onto a supermarket, but that didn't affect my stay. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distants. Lovely walk along the river Mole. Would definitely stay again.
A real shame Bed area was ok Bathroom was minging not been swept or mopped in a long time as a thick layer of dust on floor and looked very dated in shower area.nCheck in was a tad irritating as had booked early check in yet reception were in a computer says no mode saying it was a 3pm check in,only rectified after showing them the booking email.
Have I booked into a psychiatric hospital instead of a hotel? Constant noise. A man outside constantly shouting into a microphone. Absolutely hideous place to stay. Avoid at all costs. Filthy. Window doesn't shut properly.
