The themed room was great. The kids loved trying to solve the clues to get the treasure out of the safe. Breakfast was great. Good quality food and staff were all polite.

Stayed here for 1 night as my gamut and I were visiting the theme park. We booked a themed room in the Azteca Hotel which was spacious enough for us, with bunk beds and tv in kids area send normal double bedroom layout in the rest of the room. Mattresses were very firm, but on the whole it wad a nice room. However, please note that the hotel mainly accomodates young families so be prepared to put up with kids rubbing up and down the corridors. We paid for seem evening meal in the Temple bar (£20 per adult and £10 kids) and although it was all you can eat I felt ripped off at the choice and quality of food on offer. Really not worth it. Also, I'm not sure what was going on with the lighting in the restaurant, or lack of it, but the dining room was so dark. Breakfast was marginally better, but I'm not sure if that was because there was more on offer or if it was because breakfast was included in the booking. Evening kids club cosisted of 1hour crazy dancing and hats off to the guys running the show. Also hats off to the one barmaid who was tirelessly serving customers on here own for 20 minutes. Waited that long for 2 drinks, not here fault at all, but you would have thought more staff would be on hand during half term. Also had to return the drinks after all that as the glasses were smeared with lipstick. I would stay again for one night but would use local pubs, restaurants for food and drink.

The hotel is great in its self. The factilities and the rooms are great. It is just a shame that it has lost little bits that made it special over the last year. Like only having pop badges is the safe and dropping the soft toys. Which is difficult to explain to young children that get excited for these things.

This hotel is wonderful. You completely forget about work and stress when you are here and in the resort. The rooms are great (especially the themed and executive). The location is great. You can see animals outside specific rooms. 5 star

A fabulous venue for staying with children. They loved our monkey temple themed room and that the theming didn't stop at the room but carried on around the hotel. The pool is great fun for small children but they also have designated adult only sessions. For us parents it was lovely having a drink in the evening watching the animals in the reserve.
