Nice place. Historic building nicely converted to a hotel. The restaurant is excellent and the bar nice. The staff are attentive without being too fussy. The entrance is a long drive down a golf course and therefore the grounds aren't particularly useable. Also although close to Box Hill it is an unappealing walk along very busy road so not really one for people looking for "countryside". Good hotel though nonetheless.

Luxury hotel and good quality restaurants. Service was a little haphazard and not quite the 5 star experience they aim for, but generally you won't be disappointed. Well worth a visit if you pockets are deep!

Very homely. Relaxed luxury. Excellent food at the Anglo Italian restaurant. Very friendly staff.

The venue and the service beyond my expectations. A fantastic time spent there in the beautiful main house and dined at the relaxed garden house for dinner. Highly recommended for a relaxing weekend away.
