Booked for a large group to stay over several nights for a work event nearby. After reading some of the reviews I nearly cancelled the whole booking.nnPleased to report that all rooms were clean, no one in the group had any issues. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Robyn and I think Alexandra night manager were great.nnLoads of parking and it’s free!nnGroup of 8+ ate in pub/restaurant both nights and ate everything.nnDo not let a bad review from one person put you off. Yes the buildings dated, but it’s clean, comfy and the staff are helpful. What more do you need?!
Helpful staff, powerful shower that's about all for good news.nHotel is run down, outside is a mess, room had a pungent stench to it, long dark hairs on the towels.nnIncluded breakfast in the pub next door was terrible, food cold, machine coffee not included, so sachet coffee only same as in your room and we all know how good that isn't!nnPlus side was I didn't have to pay for it as I was on business.nnProbably the worst premier inn I have stayed in
Another premier inn standard. A little on the tired side. But you still get a great bed, and the rooms are always clean and tidy. The food next door was good although we caught them understaffed through illness and very busy they fitted us in, and we had a good meal.
Chantelle was a very lovely lady,nwho helps us out.nLovely women And very very helpful.nWas.very warm and welcomingnOn are arrive it's nice to see the happy person when the day hadn't gone so well.nDc transportnRoom.16
Lovely premier inn with a great hostess Chantelle, she was very welcoming and polite. Delt with our requirements promptly and was very professional and above all always smiling! Food next door at the pub was really goodnWould definitely stay again.
