I had a brilliant first tour and welcome session at David Lloyd Luton, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction, with a particular shout out to Lily and her shadow trainee, who were absolutely outstanding. Lily was knowledgeable, welcoming, and took the time to make everything feel clear and personalised rather than rushed.nnThe whole team were incredibly helpful and friendly, which immediately created a great atmosphere. The club itself is spotless, very well maintained, and clearly run to a high standard. There’s an impressive amount of equipment available, and what really stood out was not having to wait around as everything felt spacious and well organised.nnA fantastic first impression all round. I’m genuinely looking forward to making the most of the facilities here!

Charlotte was amazing in talking me through and showing me around the club.nnAt reception, Yusuf was very welcoming and helpful. And my first introductory 1:1 session with Mok amazing. ! His pace of explaining my goals and use of equipment outstanding. He realky kept me motivated as I explained to him that this is my first session in a gym ever. Thank you so much Mok.

Amazing outdoor pool! Best health club in the area, especially for those who love to swim in the great outdoors. The gym is large and modern with lots of space. The jacuzzi, steam, spa and outdoor pool is all great quality and modern. The club cafe and restaurant is also large and has a good outdoor area. The staff are all very professional and friendly.

Katie was brilliant when showing me around the facilities today. She was really friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making the tour feel rushed. The club itself looks fantastic and Katie made the whole experience very welcoming. Thanks again for such a great introduction!
