Despite the owner using the excuse that gyms are busy in January. 
I've had ongoing problems with this gym being overcrowded and not being able to get on the equipment regardless of what time of day I go (and not just in January!) It doesn't help that they get groups of people who turn up and sit around on the equipment for long periods of time either chatting or just playing on their phones instead of actually using the equipment and doing a workout! Not fair when you are paying to actually use the gym.
I've since used other gyms and had a much better experience and been able to actually use the equipment (even in January!).

This used to be a good gym. REALLY overcrowded now at all times of the day. Can never get on the equipment especially the weights area. Ended up walking out a few times in frustration from not being able to get on anything. They REALLY REALLY REALLY need to change their music too...same overly loud monotonous rubbish every time you go in there which drives you mad. Awful. Glad I left.

My two sons have been going to Venue 360 since they were little and have used the Saturday morning football training,multi sports camps and tennis club and tennis camps. All staff are highly professional in all fields and have always made both my sons feel at ease and helped towards their confidence in all different sports as well as making new friends and generally having a good time.  At times venue 360 have been a life saver in the school holidays so thank you! The reception staff always make you feel welcome ,overall just generally a nice bunch of people I would not hesitate to recommend!

The beer was reasonable, and everything was clean. 
The barmaid was very friendly and polite, and kept the tables clear if empties. 
Generally a nice atmosphere.

Fantastic venue for a party night!  Saw a live band here in a large room and I understand there are many other rooms to choose from for different sizes of events.  Only thing that let it down was the venue's bar and cloakroom staff.  There were not enough bar staff resulting in queues of over 20 minutes each time you wanted a drink and the cloakroom attendant left early leaving guests to dig for their own coats!  This is a security risk as well as poor service.

Good clean gym with plenty of equipment choice. A thorough pre-assessment prior to joining and a detailed routine to get you back into working out.
