THE RUDEST, ARROGANT & MOST DISGRACEFUL BEHAVIOUR I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. I've been a member of this gym for several years, I've seen frequent staff changes. The current female PT is the worst I've ever come across, not at all professional and lacks basic manners. Don't even think about chatting to your friends while working out, because the insecure female PT will haul you into the office, sit you down and lecture you like a school teacher, accusing you of stealing her potential clients and putting her miserable self out of a job. if she spent more time tidying gym equipment and accessories and keeping the place clean rather then abuse and threaten customers, she might get more clients. Egged on by her side kick who hides in the office most of the time dreaming on about being the manager. they bring shame on this gym, which otherwise had good potential. im surprised head office haven't kicked them out yet.
