Don't use them if you are foreigner. Moved my viewings for two properties in a row and then called me to let me know that "unfortunately the property has been taken" and to cancel viewings. Great "professionals". No doubt about it. In case you are not English expect all. 
Specially the second viewing was the first to call them so the viewing was 1st for the property with me on the line to see it first. I was booked for Monday but then they called me that it occurs they have booked someone else too which was funny to be said having in fact I was the first to have viewing for that property. Complete lack of respect. They even don't hide it. Don't use them if you don't have time to waste.

They’re only for the money, never for the confort of the tenants. They don’t care if is raining in the flats they rent or if the windows don’t shut proprely. All along the tenancy there I raised those issues @ the inspections they made but nothing happened... at the end when I gave them one and half month notice of leaving still they were mornin that I should pay extra for leaving... after more than 1 year in the propriety... and after I paid hundreds for heating the flat during winter period...

What can I say? 5 Stars all day long for a small independent trader he has great enthusiasm and work ethic.Recommended to use by a friend he shows great knowledge of surrounding areas.that he manages my properties in Nottingham

Website is not in compliance with the Consumer Rights Act of 2015. Detailed redress process is not available, nor properly explained on the site. This is a mandatory legal requirement! Company does not appear to care that they are skating the boundaries of legality.

Any chance that there might be a request for a number of months of deposit should be explained up front, it cannot be done after taking a fee. Instead, they make it sound like they are doing you a favour when they are attempting to take £4000 deposit for an ex-Council house. Very shoddy behaviour.

Tenants beware. If they can't stay within an Act of Law from a year and a half ago … well, you decide the rest. Don't risk your money by paying them £300 up front for a service that takes an hour and a query on Experian (a service which costs £6).

DMW Property Services are the best estate agents I have had the pleasure of using. I have used them for selling (very attentive and super quick at everything), buying (told them what I needed and they went out and found it) and as a letting agent (really easy to work with and everything is always as smooth as you'd want). I have used them in various locations and always done a perfect job.

Dan and Gab and the team are brilliant and you will not find a more attentive and knowledgeable agent anywhere. Thanks for making everything so easy.
