One soup was OK, the soup ordered by my partner had vegetables that were only just cooked and was disappointing and not very warm; but why serve rock hard butter that you can't spread onto the bread. The chips were good and the fish was not badly cooked but would have been improved were it less oily, salad from a bag of mixed leaf from the supermarket was a lazy and second rate item on the plate. The second main course has been forgotten. The whisky, honey and oats ice cream was pleasant but the strawberries folded into it were more noticeable than the advertised flavours. The visit was more memorable for the cost rather than the food. A very generous three star rating.

The seafood platter is relatively expensive, containing salmon, mussels and langoustine. The tomato soup is nice. Wonderful seafood but not reasonable price for a student:P

Friendly staff and fantastic food. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a great night out. Portion sizes were good and the food was cooked to perfection!
