I was a member of this gym for almost two years, and it was the best time of my life. I met amazing people there. Unfortunately, I had to leave because I moved to the city. Unlike commercial gyms, they don't have a lot of equipment, but they have enough to transform your body. It's a clean place with an amazing vibe. I will definitely come back if I move back to Bolton. Cheers to Taran and the team!
Thank you APC for all the dedication that the staff has put into my transformation! I did not realize how much I needed the programs offered here until after I started! The staff at this gym is super friendly and supportive to all members. The gym is always clean and has good energy. The group classes are lots of fun and make working out feel less like a task. I can't recommend Athletic Performance Complex enough. From my first day at the gym, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Taran allowed me to check out the facility and get a workout in prior to any commitments. They really take the time to get to know you and your goals and cater to them, which makes a big difference. The gym itself is fantastic. They have all the equipment you need, no matter your fitness level or workout style. Whether you're into weightlifting, cardio, or something else, they've got you covered. It's a clean, spacious, and well-maintained facility, which makes it a great atmosphere to push yourself and get a great workout in. Overall, Athletic Performance Complex is a top-notch gym. If you're looking for a place with friendly staff, a great selection of equipment, and a motivating atmosphere, this is the place to go.
As a 49+ woman who has had some injuries in the past, I was a bit nervous about getting back into a workout routine. I met Taran and after a few minutes talking to him, I felt like I was in the right place! He was pleasant and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I have seen him engage with the clients and he has a way to make everyone feel at home. Throughout my time at AP Complex, I have had some great classes and met some amazing people! Looking forward to more great experiences and classes and losing weight!!
My experience so far has been amazing. The staff is amazing and friendly and love to push you to be your best. I have recently started the 6 week program and I am loving it. I have struggled for many years trying to lose weight especially after having my first child and so far this seems to be something that works for me. A big thank you to Nico and the team so far. So excited to see where this journey takes me!!!!!!
As someone who values transparency and accountability, my experience at the Athletic Performance Complex APC in Bolton was deeply disappointing. Here's the deal: I signed up for a 6-week program that promised personalized coaching and meal plans for a hefty $800. Taran, the owner, sold me on it, saying he'd be there every step of the way. But after I paid up, I got nothing but automated emails asking me to join classes. When I asked Taran about it, he dodged my questions and just said he would extend my membership without saying how long for. Then, when the 6 weeks were up, I got slapped with an extra $294 charge out of nowhere for a 4 week membership. No heads-up, no permission asked. And turns out, I wasn't the only one. Lots of folks got overcharged, and many are still fighting for refunds. It's obvious that the management only cares about money. Once they've got your cash, they couldn't care less about helping you out or keeping their promises. People are even having to cancel their credit cards and report this mess as fraud because the management won't answer their calls or messages. My advice? Steer clear of APC. The way they treat their members is just right. Save yourself the trouble and find a gym that actually cares about you.
A great place to workout. Great trainers, especially Taran Kaila! I’ve been training with him for 12 years. He’s professional - very knowledgeable about kinesiology, diet, and exercise. You get results when you train with him. The best to place be - you’re not just another membership - you matter at APC. That’s how Taran runs the gym!
LOVE THIS GYM!!! The trainers and staff are incredible, very knowledgeable and make me feel so comfortable. AP is like family, couldn’t imagine going to another gym.
