Great place nice and clean and good Guinness
Absolutely cracking Sunday lunch. I was part of a party of 16 and the staff and chefs made sure we all had our meals as requested. Will try the mixed meat lunch next time.
A brilliant local pub. Decent prices.
First time going here. Very nice pub. Pool table and dart board available and a garden as well, I have to say the toilets were the cleanest I have ever seen or smelt!!! Staff friendly. My only criticism was the fact we arrived there around d 4pm and there was no food available which doesn't quite make sense to me, we asked and they only serve for around 2 hours. They only open at 2pm.
Great service...Thank you to the very nice lady that served us, brought the coffees out to us, and later the nice portion size of cheesy chips, without hesitation, even though, later I realised she was struggling to walk. Amazing relaxing garden.
Stopped off during a Sunday cycle ride, a little gem of a pub. Nice friendly staff and atmosphere, large garden, and well kept beers. We hadn’t booked in for Sunday lunch, but fortunately staff went out of their way to accommodate us…..and lunch didn’t disappoint, living up to their great Google reviews. Excellent beer. Excellent food. Excellent value. Highly recommend.
Really friendly staff and there was a party going on out back, so there were some bangin tunes!
Traditional pub with hearty pub grub menu and friendly owners. Great pool table and darts board as well as large garden space at the back. On revised opening hours and a pared down menu on day of visit.
Never been to a pub, where you are told not to stand at the bar. Despite pub being relatively quiet. Ridiculous rules, and can see why some pubs are dying a death...
Cosy log fire, TV and nice food/drinks
