This Clark store located in the Fareham mall shopping centre,  they have very good quality men’s shoes.  I have been here several times and always found the shoe and  size that I’m looking for. Most importantly the staffs are very helpful and polite.  The  store is also very clean and tidy.  I highly recommend this store .

Very unexpected purchase!  Generous discounts for the boots, which balanced the price for my leopard  £60 sandals!  Good quality items, in general I buy my work foot from Clarks as they are kinder to my feet , I have done this for a good number of years ....staff helpful and kind to my numerous requests.

Staff are lovely and patient with the children. We had to go back and forth 3 or 4 times till my girl would get new shoes. The Staff show a love and interest in the shoes, getting the kids excited to show off their new shoes.

I replaced some work shoes that I have had for years.Sue was extremely helpful and gave me good advice about size. Also I got 20% bonus on production of my nhs badge which was very welcome

My sons school shoes were In such a poor state after four months, took the shoes back but they didn’t except unless with the receipt which my partner didn’t have. They have me customer service number but I was on the phone for ages. I went back to the store and Lucy the manager said she could replace the school shoes if my partner had a bank statement and if he could send through a copy on WhatsApp, success Lucy measured my sons feet, and gave him brand new shoes which give him a little more room which was so much better, thank you to all the team in Clarks in fareham, it was extremely kind all I had to pay was £2 towards the new shoes. I am so grateful with the help especially Lucy who was happy with the WhatsApp photo and gave my son a brand new pair of shoes for school after the Christmas holiday. The staff were very friend and gave very good and helpful advice. There was a good selection of shoes available for both my son and my daughter and we came away satisfied. The shoes we have bought from Clarkes are not cheap but are good quality and last well until they grow out of them.

Nice clean shop. I had a new person that served me. She was so helpfull and couldn't do enough for me. Good selection of Stock. Parking nearby. Public transport nearby. Will go there again.

I really like this branch of Clarks and definitely prefer it to the other 2 closest stores. The staff are friendly and generally more clued up on what is required for young children's shoes. Always full of advice and managed to get a great 1st pair for my youngest

This is what you won't get with shopping on-line. I took my dad in today, and was met by a very helpful and knowledgeable young man. Nothing was too much for him, and he gave a good deal of his time helping to choose the right shoes. Professionalism like this is a dying trade. We need to use these shops, or we will lose them.
