art deco theme is definitely the coolest part about this otherwise it’s just a standard cinema. staff were quite rude scanning our tickets and the seats are absolutely unbelievably unbearable and not at all accessible for anybody with a disability or condition. will be using the cineworld from now on.
The doors to get inside the screen are very heavy. They should be on automatic doors because how are you supposed to open the doors and bring your goodies in at the same time when they don’t stay open and and the screen area is very dark before the actual trailers start its mission impossible to see where you’re going and to see where your seats are
Had been to Vue to watch the movie. Hats off to them as we never assumed we could see it in the UK. It was a movie worth watching in theaters. The staff was very humble. It's the second time I am visiting Vue. Loved the ambience. Will visit again if new movies come up.
Got to say, tickets are cheaper and the staff are so good, friendly and helpful. The seats in the cinema are soooooo comfy! Well done vue!
I feel like I need to share this one.nLast Friday me and my boyfriend went to the cinema to watch “It Ends with us”.nWe decided to get some snacks and drinks before. Stayed in the queue and when we got to the till we asked for a Slushy drink and my boyfriend asked for a beer where the person serving us said that “umm I’m not sure but, no the machine it’s not working for slushy drink and we don’t sell beer”. Then I had to take oasis and my bf took a coke. After we left , the next 5 and more people from our queue got slushy drink of any flavour they wanted.nnWe also asked for salted popcorn and what we got was half normal and half oily popcorn that you couldn’t eat at all.nCan’t say person’s name that served us but if I remember then it was a lady with gingerish hair and wearing a cap.nNever thought people can be this rude.nHope they get to improve or they will surely lose customers.
