It was a great experience 4dx with very nice movie effects. Decent prices and good products except nachos with cheese, they have the worst nachos ever and that cheese have more vegetables taste than the cheese.
One of the best Cinemas in London Always clean and the team is always happy to help Fully A/C even in extreme heat working perfectly To enjoy it most highly recommend getting the Cineworld unlimited card will make your life easier
My first ever visit to this cinema and I was very impressed! Such friendly staff, lovely clean areas and comfortable seating. I went for a birthday treat to watch Matilda and I absolutely loved it! Such an amazing film/musical. It brought back lots of memories and had me filling up with tears in my eyes at the end. A perfect way to spend an afternoon.
The cinema is clean and well managed. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The 4DX experience is phenomenal. Totally worth it and fun for all the family. Highly recommend it! The main downside is that parking nearby is ridiculous and expensive. They build this huge complex around Wembley and parking seems to have been an afterthought, and even then, not one they thought much about at all.
Extremely friendly, efficient and welcoming staff members! A wide variety of movie selections, food portions are fairly good for the price and a lot of leg space for any individual that may be quite large or tall and worried about being cramped or uncomfortable whilst viewing their selected movie. Overall a good cinema to take a trip to with either friends, family, a romantic interest or alone if thats your preference.
These cinemas are some of the best in London. The 4D screen it makes tour experiences absolutely unique. If you have kids with special needs or autism probably the 4D option may not be the best. But they have other 3D screens that are just as good. The huge hotdogs are good and fair price. They also sell very nice ice cream The staff is always helpful.
Excellent clean and tidy very well presented Cineworld cinema with 4dx films showing lots of new releases to choose from lots of drinks and snacks here welcome and helpful staff nice environment to be here family-friendly lots of parking and the outlet car park worth the visit there's a Starbucks here as well
Went to watch Black Panther 2, cinema is clean and modern looking however, disappointed to say the least, the seating is very bad and was extremely uncomfortable for such a length of film. We watched the film in screen 7 and it was partially out of focus, it was prevalent when text would appear on the screen that it was not correctly focused. Just a warning to others if you notice this then tell them immediately as that is what we were told by management and staff when we suggested to have a look into it. Overall not a great experience when compared to other cinemas which have been open for much longer yet offer better seating and higher quality screens.
Went to watch the Avatar at 10 pm. The toilet was dirty and smelly. The sink was full of rubbish. Out the hallway was a bit clean but inside was very smelly and dirty. A lot of popcorn on the floor I don’t know if staff bothered to clean inside for the next people to watch. Inside, It’s also smells like a toilet that hasn’t been clean for a while. I even heard kids complaining that it stinks inside the room. After the movie, the stuff shouted that we need to take our rubbish, i was surprised. Is that how they do it now? Staff was okay. They need to smile more though. They need to focus more on cleanliness in this place.
Absolutely horrible staff.. when me and my family went to go watch avatar 2 their staff were extremely rude to me , my sister and cousin when we came to get our tickets since I booked online. Accusing us and threatening to kick us out if we didn’t behave, What are we dogs? And when we said what behaviour? The manager went silent and couldn’t even answer us. Disgusting staff I don’t recommend Wembley Cineworld ever.
