Enjoyed a fantastic family outing at Vue Harrow, situated in St George’s Shopping Centre Harrow. The cinema boasts incredible recliner seats, enhancing our viewing experience. We were thoroughly impressed and gladly endorse this family-friendly venue to all. Convenient valet parking facilities are readily available nearby, adding to the overall convenience and satisfaction of our visit. From start to finish, our family had a delightful time, thanks to the comfortable seating and impeccable service. We highly recommend Vue Harrow to families and movie enthusiasts alike, as it offers a welcoming environment and top-notch amenities. Additionally, the abundance of valet parking options nearby ensures a hassle-free visit. Whether you're looking for a fun family outing or a relaxing movie night, Vue Harrow delivers on all fronts. Don't miss out on this gem of a cinema!
People.serving at till.are a little slow and not as attentive as they should be. You have to preordained at the front in the touch screens and then take your order recipes to the people serving. Not sure of the benefits if any doing it this way.nNever experienced the reclining seats at vue and was really impressed. Electric recliners and even reclined people can pass. Love the tables that are in front to place your food and drinks. Parking is covered if viewing a film and can be validated which is a great bonus.nClean toilets that don't stink. Good experience overall.
I visit this cinema quite often. The selection of movies is quite good with the new releases, kids' programs as well as foreign cinema. The ticket price goes from £8.99 to 10.99 on-line or via app. The refreshments are a little bit pricey but on a occasion of visiting the cinema it's still fine. Beware of uncivilised, selfish and inconsiderate visitors talking, checking their phones every 3 minutes, and making a noises with wrappings of their snacks.
Absolutely poor customer service from yosha.nnyosha made assumptions and profiled me and my family when approaching for assistance with bookings made online.nnYosha was very rude and confrontational.nnSeemed as though she did not like our appearancennThank you faz for being considerate and handling our situation with understanding and efficiency!nnHeads up after 10pm if you look under 18 you will be asked for ID. Although not stated on the website.
We waited in line for 15 minutes, even though we were second in line, while our movie had already started. 2 of the staff at the till were too occupied with the customers in front of us, but didn't pay any attention to the others. All we wanted was a drink and popcorn as it was a long movie and we didn't have any drinks or snacks with us. The queue was building up behind us. My partner was also in crutches due to a leg injury and she had to stand in line for so long, yet that didn't phase them. There was no where for her to sit as there were no seats or benches around. They didn't serve us until we actually went and asked them to.
