The A/V quality is very good compared to some of the other London chain cinemas. The seats offer a decent amount of leg room (I'm 6ft3). Cleanliness is adequate considering the current cheap ticket promotion (£5.99 pp). I've been in quite a few of the screens now and, in my experience, the best seats are in the standard row immediately behind the premium ones. These seats put the centre of the screen correctly at eye level, and position you appropriately for the surround sound. Advanced booking is advised for this reason. I actually find the standard seats to be more comfortable also. My only real criticism is that the place does have a tendency to become overrun by kids during the daytime, so probably best to go after 6 if you don't want too many distractions.

I use this cinema quite regularly and my experience is always good. I book tickets online and collect from the kiosk. I know the queue can get pretty frustrating watching the staff serve at snail pace. They don't seem to have any sense of urgency and is probably why so few people visit this cinema. Which is great for me as sometimes I am one of only a handful of people in a screening. Worth taking your own food but please note hot food and alcohol is not permitted. Price for food here is extortionate as is the case with all cinemas these days but Odean have better offers. I think popcorn and a drink will not give you much change from a tenner. If you ever have an issue with the ticket kiosk you will be waiting with all the others wanting tickets and food which can take a long time so please try to get there early. There is no designated ticket booth so this can become very frustrating. I recommend booking online as you can pick your seats and ensure you sit together if in a party. Also worth noting that Tuesday and Wednesday are a little busier due to meerkat movies 2 for 1 deal. If you want to go on a Monday then you will get a cheaper price as this is their quietest day and tickets are around a fiver.

Recommend this multi-screen cinema. Parking for customers is free, but remember to get your parking ticket zapped when buying your ticket. However, parking is free for all if you enter the car park after 6.30pm. The ticket prices seem to be quite low at £5.99--it's less than what I paid 3 years ago. There are two restaurants on either side of the cinema if you want to have a bite before or after the show. There are also restaurants on the lower floor. As usual, popcorns, ice creams and snacks are exorbitantly priced. You can buy many snacks for much less from Wilko, which is just opposite to the cinema. Not many customers on weekdays. I watched a movie on a Monday, and there were only 8 people for that show. One can almost sit anywhere with so few seats taken, so not worth paying extra for VIP seats.

This is my second time visiting the Vue cinema in Harrow. I came from Surrey to visit family and thought that I would visit the cinema to watch Jumanji. The self service machine made it easy to purchase a ticket and the price of ticket was very reasonable . £5.99 for a weekend day, was very reasonable. The rest room was clean. Screen 1 was very big with loads of leg room for a standard seat. The only thing that prevented me from giving a 5 star rating, was that the screen was still being cleaned when the trailers started. The clean was not completed. As this is not my regular, maybe this was a one off.

Nice cinema, really like the mum and baby screening!! Please bring it back!! Any suggestions which screenings will be appropriate to bring my older kids and baby during the half term holidays??
