Well it was a totally different experience inside the screens compared to other Cineworld cinemas, each of the screens the chairs are all on one level, and the screen high up, the sides are nicely decorated out. What was nice the ceilings were very high up. Would have given it 5 stars, had their been an incline on the seats. I was lucky the person in front of me was short, otherwise I would have struggled to see film. Come on Cineworld, sort the incline out, but don't lose the character of the screens.
It was a nice quiet and lovely scenery. Evening times appears not to be crowded and good for one looking for a room with lots of spacing. Nonetheless I enjoyed my movie
What a pleasant surprise. Its been a while since we have gone to the pictures and since our last visit, Aspects had totally changed and for the good. To be honest, I couldn't fault anything. The venue was spotless including the toilets. The staff were all very friendly and smiled as they went passed. Will we be going back? Absolutely!!! Thank you to the whole team.
Great cinema... easy parking. Comfortable seating....Toilets were lacking some cleaning. .. Regular checks and cleaning needs to take place after every session of films... Clean toilets in a public place need to be a priority.... So staff ...don't stand around talking and joking with one another...Get the priorities right and do your job correctly .. your getting paid for this !..
Plenty of leg room but slightly confused with the £3 per person online booking fee. By doing it online it cuts out on wages that would usually get paid to take our booking if we had done it in person.
Saw a live transmission from London, of the ballet Nutcracker suite. Some problems with the signal received, took the edge off the enjoyment. Pixelation and buffering. Don't know if it is a common occurrence. Otherwise the venue is excellent, apart from some sound interference from the next door screen.
If I could give zero I would Visited screen 6 yesterday it was freezing cold. Complained twice to no avail. The experience was horrendous. After the film I complained again to the Team leader she was apologetic saying it was an old building She did provide me with 2 comp. However I asked for the complaints address as I will be making my views know n! The Managers need to ensure all screens are heated fix your damn heating system. Why should I sit in a freezing cold cinema If you can't afford to heat the place then shut it down!
The seats are just too old and uncomfortable for this day and age. This cinema needs a massive revamp if I'm honest. I had to go all the way to Cineworld Stevenage to watch the same movie in 4DX.
It's definitely no frills compared to the mk branch but usually I don't mind going here as its considerably cheaper. On this occasion though 3 young staff members were making fun of me and kept giggling not the most professional behaviour.
Great cinema. Seats are very comfy with wide Isles, so u don't have to keep getting up wen some1 wants to pass! Added bonus is huge free parking area directly outside the cinema.
