This cinema is pretty good but sadly is let down the way it is run. Seats are fine sound and picture are good, not mind blowing but as good as any other cinema with 20 miles. Just a shame staff aren't trained better. Also they have lots of machines to by tickets at but no one helping the less technical minded. Queue times would be much less if they focused on these two areas. I wouldn't avoid it because of the above but I would always buy tickets in advance and not plan on buying any refreshments.

There is nothing wrong with the basic service (showing films) but pretty much everything else is annoying. Out of town business park location means always driving. The building is like a barn and characterless. The food and drinks are extortionately expensive. The floor in the cinema is often sticky with spillage and the toilets often smell of wee. I enjoy the films but going here is not a special event.

Went to see "love Simon" brilliant film. Cinema clean, friendly efficient staff. The drinks and popcorn nearly cost the same as the tickets though!

A little bit run down on the outside, but sill a good cinema. Definitely worth it to become an unlimited member. Although eastbourne is DYING for a decent IMAX.

Your average Cineworld, a good selection of movies both 2 & 3D. The usual snacks available. Would be nice if they did a pay point for tickets only as you have to go to the food queues which means sometimes you have to wait for ages. The one negative point about this cinema is if you are a wheelchair user you only have the choice of the back corner to sit in. Really not my favourite spot so not my first choice in cinemas.
