This is a great little cinema, that shows the latest films. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It could do with bigger seats and refurbishing. This is a unique place and it would be a shame to lose this independent cinema. Maybe the town could together and do a fund raising event for the place so it can get refurbished and be kept for the benefit of the people of the town as well as visitors alike. Just an idea...

I love this lovely old, characterful cinema - it would be such a shame if it were to be pushed out by the new Vue when the Arndale is finished. we must support this independent individual place run by unique people!

Video quality is good, sound is ok, seats are tiny and no drinks holder. If it had been completely full it would have been an unpleasant experience and in general everything is a bit old fashioned. But otherwise if as empty as this time was (max 30 people in whole cinema) then it's OK.
