Surprisingly not reviewing the cinema but the business acumen of having a ground floor coffee shop with tables an chairs outside. I only stopped to shelter from the rain but the oat milk latte was the best in Brighton. Plus the server was so friendly.
D at K is my favourite cinema in town by far. It's just..well, .. lush! Always feels elegant but alive , and I guess a little bit more thrilling, compared with anywhere else, which is nice when going to the movies.
The cinema is lovely and the seats comfortable, but we had an issue where the film we were watching was quite quiet on purpose but we could hear the film playing in the next screen which was a bit distracting.
The sofa seats are so comfortable, the staff are super friendly, and being able to get pizzas and beers to take in makes it so much better than a normal cinema!
Nice place, nice staff, try to book tickets online but they had server issues fair enough, these things happen. One thing that I thought was annoying - I was watching Tar in screen 2 and we could hear music coming through the walls either from screen 1 or below? This seemed like a massive oversight to me, least I expect is to have an undisturbed cinema experience.
I love this Cinema! The staff are super friendly, they hold great events for film fans such as staff pick nights. As a member the tickets are very reasonable and the experience at the cinema is great with super comfy seats and a nice atmosphere!
Very comfortable seating. Oldish style cinema experience. Love the place! Part of the same building is a nicely priced vegetarian options restaurant, x Again, excellent. Vegan options.
Not many people know that the Komedia has a lovely cafe upstairs and lovely clean toilets. So next time your shopping and fancy a coffee think of the komedia.
