Bought my car from Chris Nichols Motors a little while ago, overall a really good experience. The car did have a few teething problems early on, the main one being a pesky engine management light that kept coming back. That said, true to their word, they sorted everything under the warranty without any hassle.nnThe whole team were helpful throughout, and I’ve got to give a special mention to Amy. She was absolutely brilliant, kept me updated all the way through and made sure everything was handled properly.nnAll in all, really happy with how it was dealt with. It’s nice to see a dealership that actually stands by their warranty and looks after their customers.
A huge shout out to the guys at Chris Nichols motors my car had a blowout just outside their garage and they were true nights in shining armour. Not only did they try to fix my car they were so kind and supportive. Will totally recommend this company. They were caring and responsive. We were on our way back home to Manchester and they did everything they could to help and assist. Thank you so so much.

I would like to thank the guys at Chris Nicholls Motors. My friend and myself got a burst tyre just outside this garage. Unfortunately the garage couldn't give us a new tyre but gave us an old one to get us to the nearest place that could give us a new one. Thanks alot guys above and beyond they're duty. A very good customer experience. Rarely would you recommend a second hand car dealer however with Chris Nicholls Motors you get a great team willing to help at any time. Very good car sales and quick and efficient servicing and MOTs. Outstanding!
