Car broke down the Sunday afternoon before we were going away, AA patrol diagnosed starter motor fault. Left it with the guys here to fix while we went in an alternative car. My car was fixed by the Monday and they were happy to hang on to it for a week until we got back.
So grateful to these guys, we are away in our VW camper travelling round Cornwall when the EGR went on the van on a Sunday. First thing Monday morning they took us in and managed to resolve the problem in a day at a reasonable price considering it is a pricey job, thanks so much for saving our trip. We just had a well deserved beach day whilst waiting for the van to be fixed. Would definitely recommend.
I can not thank these guys enough for saving our Easter 2022 vacation from getting chaotic, and turning sour. I had car trouble while visiting South of England from Europe, when all shops were closed for holidays. They were all very nice at St. Erth to fit us into their very busy reopening day schedule to put us back on the road, quickly and efficiently, and truly saved the day for us! Thank you Justin, and the team, thanks all over! And, they are not only nice, polite, and accomodating, but they are also very competent, and efficient, I must add, their repairs took us all the way through the rest of our road trip in the South of England, and all the way back home to Central Europe through nasty rain storms. Thanks again for the job! Also, there is a nice waiting room here, where you can see them working on your car from up above, while you can chat with friendly local clients - who swear by this business after years of doing business with them, or enjoy the diner just down the street while they fix your vehicle.
This garage goes above and beyond. I would be lost with out them. They advise honestly and not just to get work. They will try to undertake the work at a time to suit the customer. They are super knowledgeable and super patient 9Which with my lack of car knowledge they need to be. They are never too busy to stop and give a hand. If there was an award for the best garage in England then it should go to these guys.
Took our campervan there yesterday as our exhaust had fallen off on way to St.Ives. The guys in the workshop were great , fitted us in that day and went out of their way to get it done. Good price as well , will def use again if we need in future. Thanks v much!

Absolute lifesavers! The hood on our roadster developed a fault and wouldn't open or close properly, whilst we were on holiday. The team were able to fit me in at short notice, identify the problem and fix it so we could enjoy our car for the rest of the holiday! Thanks to you all.
Van returned deeply scratched: I used this service while preparing to move to the local area. It did not go well. In fairness to them they were quite busy but it took them a week to fit a fuel injector while I waited in a BnB, meaning my partner and I each lost a weeks work but I understand if they are busy, they are busy. When I got my vehicle back there was a huge scar along the side of it which the Garage tells me they know nothing about. The scar cannot be repaired through panel beating and both a panel and a door will need to be replaced, not a cheap job. It looks like I will have to take them to court, not something I want to bother with but am forced to do.
Petty Criminals, waiting to pray on the unsuspecting. Avoid at all costs. I dropped my car in with slight rubbing sound from the nearside front wheel. These guys charged £85 in vat for 10 minutes of sanding / grinding, to take some burring off, if you add 10 minutes either side to set up, take off the wheel and identify the problem and then a further 10 minutes of testing you have 40 minutes of work for £71+vat but when I went to pick up the car from an unconnected check up at A&E the man behind the counter spent literary 10minutes tapping at the keys of his ancient pc before telling me the price and printing the invoice. By which time I was impatient and wanting to get home. The invoice doesn't specify the amount of time spent as a labour charge and no new parts were fitted. I got stiffed, they saw me coming and decided to pounce. I'm not Cornish and I'm not related to or friends with any of the staff or owners and if your not either do not take your car to this garage! Go to ATS or quick fit or anywhere where there isn't an incentive to operate in such dishonourable ways. Unless your brothers your father and your mother your sister these guys will take you for a ride.
Had a problem with my van whilst away on holiday and they very kindly helped me out there and then on the spot to get it fixed so I could be on my way again. Very helpful and friendly. Just how a work shop should be run. If you need your car/van looked at and your are in the area then look no further . Highly recommend. Thanks guys
