Very poor service indeed ! Just not interested in me at all. Something is certainly not right with this place. I have noticed over the course of a week they have put the price up on a particular car 3 times. When I went to buy a car and wondered why the price I saw online the night before was £200 more ?!?? I queried it and the reply was “ That’s the price …..live with it ???? “. I wouldn’t trust this car company if it was the last car company on the planet.
Read the other negative reviews !! How this company are still managing to be in business is unbelievable. If you want a car that will break down prematurely then shop at GMO CARS !!! They are a JOKE !!!
Awful. Bought a qashqai from them online. They said a week to get it ready with new mot etc which is fine. In which time it was road tested twice apparently and deemed as fine. Collected it today, 5 miles down the road lost all boost pressure anytime you take it over 2.5k, Limped it back to them in which the the gearbox oil had warned up and was giving a nasty crunch every time you put it in third. The car was dropped on their forecourt, courtesy car refused, refund demanded. They refunded the money but they had no choice really. Would definitely listen to the horror stories before using these money grabbers.
I have just purchased my car from GMO CARS and the staff were first-class in Every way. A pleasure to do business with them.

I would avoid this garage at all costs. Stitched me up good and proper. Sold me a vehicle which although old, I was told had been garaged and body work treated etc. Within first 7 months I had to have new tyres, new fuel filler, abs sensors, battery and belts. Underneath it entirely full of corrosion. It was caused me no end of expense and unreliability. Certainly not fit for purpose. The warranty too is a minefield of paperwork , not as simple as taking the car back to GMO. In dealing with concerns the response was arrogant. I would not recommend GMO.
A very easy experience. The made me feel comfortable and confident from start to finish. After seeing the advert in the website and enquiring, I made the 90 mile journey to see the car. Everything that was explained and described over the phone and the website was spot on and the car was perfect and everything we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble and the deal was easy from start to finish. I would highly recommend GMO cars and I would happily travel the distance again to buy a car from them. 5 star and no pressure sales
Amazing service. Nothing was too much for mick and the whole team at GMO Any niggles with the car I bought were sorted out before purchase and at great expense to the team here. Friendly, courteous staff. If I could rate higher I would Gmo you have gained a long term customer in me and I will recommend you to anyone looking for a new car
ok so i bought a land rover 2010 puma defenderfrom these chaps and i couldn't have been dealt with better .I had a couple of problems withe the car clutch and gearbox issues none of which that they could have known about prior to the sale . I took the the land rover to my garage and when repaired they paid the garage for the fix with no quibble at all . I live in Wiltshire so quite away from the garage but this wasn't an issue . Rob and Kevin where great and a pleasure to deal with .
Bought a car from GMO. The sales guy and receptionist were excellent communicating details. But within a day realised there was a problem with the car. Spent 5 months trying to get in fixed at GMO, before GMO told me it was fine and to just drive it. I eventually took it to a Skoda garage to be told it was a mis-timed CAM belt changed when I bought it. So glad it wasn't anything serious as this is my first time buying a car on my own but fairly disappointed overall as they didn't take complaints about the cars performance seriously, even when I suggested it was a mis-timed CAM belt they wouldn't look into it.
