Great service. Attentive. Bought a new car. Would highly recommend. They go the extra mile for customers. The car I had seen was 100 miles away but it was no trouble to bring it to Helston for me 5 stars to Adam.

I was most surprised by the negative review left by the last customer. I have had dealings with Chris Nicholls Motors for the past 13 years, and I have experienced only the highest standards of customer service at all times over this period. Only last week my daughter's Fiat 500 had a software problem, and the team at the garage found the fault, ordered the replacement part and installed it within 48 hours. We just have to accept the fact that all cars can experience mechanical or software failures during their lifetime. However, the critical factor is how it is dealt with by the garage and, on that score, I only have the highest praise for the Chris Nicholls Motors Team.

BRILLIANT—100% EXCELLENT Chris Nicholls Motors is without any doubt the best place to buy great quality and reliable cars in Cornwall . Few other independant retailers provide the level of service and professionalism these guys and girls do. Seven fault free cars and three hard working vans over the past ten years stands as testament to quality sourcing and an experienced eye for detail.

Not that happy, bought a car here 3 years ago clutch was not good but I was robbed off, clutch now gone....
