I was in negotiations with the dealership over a vehicle, went back the next day to finalise the deal with the salesman. He wasn’t there but had briefed the other salesman on what we had discussed. We negotiated, he then called the original salesman to discuss. I over heard the conversation; “He seems like quite a nob to be honest (this was said twice) “I don’t really care if we do the deal or not” His face was a picture when I confronted him and left. 🤣 They advised a cost to repair the radio, it had to be sent away to a specialist, double what I had found online and offered me a warranty for £500 for 6 months! When it should be included! Failing that, warranty direct are cheaper than this anyway! Unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend!

We've been buying cars from this dealer for a while, always there to help and nothing is too much trouble. A truly great service.

Got my car serviced here the other day. They managed to fit the service in exactly when I needed and then didn't mind at all when I changed it last minute. They managed to get the car serviced as well as a fair bit of other work done in one day. Overall pretty pleased.
