What an amazing experience I had at Vauxhall Scorrier showroom! In particular Dave Allen made me feel so comfortable,no pressure,helped me to choose my beautiful car and I'm so so pleased with it.Will definitely go there again . I cannot fault the service I have had from Dave Allen. He listened to what I needed in a car and helped me make the best purchase for my needs. He didn't have the usual pushy sales technique and was happy to spend time sorting everything out. I couldn't recommend buying a car from him more highly.
Absolutely brilliant service from Dave Allen throughout the purchase of our Peugeot 2008. Every conceivable effort was made to ensure our car was in the best mechanical condition on us picking the car up. I needed an automatic car asap, and car salesman, Jonathan Law was immediately onto the task. He found me two vehicles, both of which I was allowed to try out. I decided to go for the smaller of the two, And I am really pleased with it. Everything was sorted out straightaway, and I collected the car a week later. Excellent service throughout. Friendly and approachable. Would not hesitate to go back.
I’ve used Dales Vauxhall since 2016. My 2 recent cars have been sorted through Dave Allen, who I cannot recommend enough. He is a great sales man, incredibly friendly and approachable. Amazing service every time, what more could you want.

Just purchased a car from dales and I cannot express helpful they were especially dave Allen, we had seen a couple of cars we liked some from there other side which he brought over for us to see, gave us straight answers to anything we asked. After we brought the car phoned a couple of days after to check everything was OK, my son was very happy as they do a reward for bringing new customers so he was happy with that. Thank you dave
A holiday in Cornwall, window shopping, we looked at multiple car dealers and brands on the wet days of our holiday. We could have purchased a car from any Warwickshire dealership, with multiple car dealers, not 10 minutes from my home in Warwickshire. Particularly, as there was no urgency or intention to purchase a car in 2022, nor a necessity to purchase a Vauxhall car, as at the time I had a Peugeot. Nonetheless, I made an unexpected purchase from Vauxhall Dales of Scorrier. I can not be more delighted with my purchase. It has been well worth the distance to return and collect the new car last week, from this Cornish dealer. What a GEM of a place. Dales out shone every car dealer we went to see in the Cornish area, within the vicinity from Helston, Penzance, Redruth, and Truro to name but a few areas. The service given by Dave Allen – Assistant Sales Manager at Vauxhall Dales of Scorrier was OUTSTANDING. Absolute 5 STAR SERVICE, from start to finish. Dave Allen is a asset to this company, a credit to the Vauxhall brand and represents what a car purchase experience should be. Dave Allen was honest, warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and not pushy. As an NHS worker, I truly believe that a patient is a person and not a number. Equally a car sale is not fulfilling profit margins. It’s a costly purchase often by people who have saved or work hard to fulfil the car sale. Dave Allen is clearly an old-fashioned salesperson, with high moral principles and values every customer that he deals with. Dave was courteous, conscientious, and clearly does not feel that once the deal has been completed, that’s it - a sale. Dave puts the customer first, ensuring you are 100 percent happy with your purchase. Having just collected my car from Scorrier, it has been a total pleasure to deal with Dave. Even the long distance following our return from holiday, whilst waiting for the car to come into the showroom, was not a problem. Dave kept us informed every step of the way. Was so thoughtful, that he sent a photograph of my new car waiting to be collected by us, Dave collected us from the train station, ensured we had fuel for our long journey home. Was concerned that we were fed and watered after our long journey to Cornwall. On our return, even on his day off, he contacted us to ensure we were home safely and happy with the car’s performance. I would not hesitate to travel back to Cornwall to purchase another car from this dealer in preference to one closer to home. I think that commitment alone, reflects the quality, care and trust I have in this dealer. I honestly can not rate my experience highly enough in a few words. But rest assured, if you are reading this review, you will not be disappointed by any purchase made with this company, especially if you’re under the safe hands of Dave Allen. WELL DONE. I do not usually write reviews, but I have been blown away by my own experience with this company and credit should always be given when credit is warranted. Over the last 10 years we have bought 3 cars from Dale's at Scorrier and have always been impressed by the sales and service personnel.
