Bought a car, very please with the service and the post sale customer service was fantastic, the battery died a week after buying it, Slam immediately replaced it and no other problems since, very fast, very responsive service and also fairly priced vehicles. 100% recommend

Appauling after sales service, bought a low mileage vehicle, specifically asked for a parts and labour warranty extended for 12 months, was given my receipt for the vehicle and everything else was in a folder, 2 months to the day after buying the vehicle it had a catastrophic failure, then find out the warranty is limited to £500, at no point was this told to me before, I'm now out of pocket £1300 for the repair. As a registered trader you are obligated to sell a vehicle which is fit for purpose, you epically failed!!
