They were busy but my party of 4 only waited 3 minutes to be seated. The staff were welcoming and polite. We really enjoyed the 2 for 1 cocktails. Although they did run out of pineapple juice. The food was excellent and our waiter was fantastic. Good value for money and great range on menu. I strongly recommend Chiquito.

What a change. About a year back I had a terrible experience here. It wasn't until my other half suggested we go back. All the food was perfect. Literally nothing was wrong. The nicest onion rings I have ever had and the burger was very nice. If you've changed your chef the they are worth keeping.

Horrible experience. I was waiting for my meal for ages. After the others finally got their meals, mine never arrived and even after telling the staff, I was waiting another 10 minutes. I finally decided to cancel my meal as my friends were almost done with theirs. No apologies, no discount, no free drinks, nothing. The staff seriously didn't care at all. I will definitely not come again.

One meal never arrived, we were never check on once after ordering (had they checked they would have found that we were missing a meal) when they finally came back to us (after calling the waiter) they were unapologetic and didn't know any more about the meal. We decided not to bother with the dish as other had almost finished. Then when the bill came we were denied any discount and received no apology even during our complaint. We were told as we already had a 25% off discount that they couldn't take anymore off despite the bad service and that we would have had the 25% off irrespective. The supervisor Jill couldn't have cared less and her customer service attitude was aweful, although she did keep a patronising smile/grin on her face the whole time during our complaint!! The food we received was good but the service appauling!!

Dry overcooked fatty steak and the missus tried the ‘best margarita in the world’ that cost nearly £8 and was just tequila and some lime juice. Just disgusting, wouldn’t go back.
