I don't think it's possible to set your expectations too low for this 'restaurant'. Loud horrible music, slow service, poor quality food badly made, and cold.

Clearly unable to cope with a party of nine. Not the waitresses fault she was clearly embarrassed at the time it was taking for us to get our food the reason apparently was new staff and a large party of ten. Nearly two and a half hours to get through . Freezing cold draughts and a numb bum from sitting so long spoilt a family lunch.

Got seated immediately. Good service from the start. The food/drink selection is excellent and great to see a restaurant with beer on tap! I had the nachos starter. Great size but I wouldn't mind it more spicy. I then had the chief burger. Tasted beautiful. The only comment is the 3 burger baps it comes with is too much! Apart from that it was excellent! I would recommend downloading the app to get a little discount! Would definitely recommend and would return.

Went in at 1730 tonight loads of tables but stood at the bar 15mins to get a drink then finally got a table at 1800 still sat waiting to order at 1830 and gave up walked out but tbh they couldn't have given a dam. Normally go there often but won't be from now on customer service they don't know what it is. Very very disappointed ...

Went here with a party of 12..they could not cope..service the worst I have ever had...avoid this place it's really awefull
