Such helpful staff here it made the experience so much easier. We have recently diagnosed allergies and so asked for the allergy folder. The wonderful waitress was so kind and understanding, helping us through options and choices. The food was great and we left 100% happy. I would not hesitate to go back.

Food came quickly, staff were helpful although very busy. Meal was what we expect for the money you pay. It was a convenient stop off on a longer journey .

Very very busy, as we walked in we were asked if we'd booked and it was suggested as we hadn't that in future to do so, having said that the 15/20 min wait wasn't too long we got drinks whilst we waited. Staff were amazing rushed off their feet but took time to be attentive to each table nothing was too much trouble :) Food was excellent, the salad bar well stocked, everything was there including plates for the rolls - the 1 thing that's usually missing. Our starters and mains were well cooked chicken was succulent, our plates were cleared! :) I hope the staff get to see this review and know their hard work was recognised and appreciated Thank You we'll be back again :)

Bit of a shame really. We just wanted some ice cream. We explained to the host who happily obliged us with a table. Our server came to the table and when we said we just wanted ice cream, she became all surly as if to say "what a waste of my time". Well tuff poop hun. The staff don't set the requirements of your customers nor are you paid to judge. We use Harvesters frequently because our kids like you due to nice ice cream, not because you are haute cuisine or fine dining. We normally order a full meal each... just not this time. So despite you being closest to us geographically, we won't be bothering you with our money again.

Great food but medium service. Sharon, a waitress, was trying to play it smart. When my kid asked for some more chips she came running at me and told me that I had to pay for more (like I didn't know). After that, she didn't make me pay for them so it was ok
