When I registered in CMK, 18 years ago, it was a very professional and efficient Health centre focussed on patients. Today, it is only a shadow of its past glory – a practise fast running down into the ground overloaded with patients and staff who are more profit focussed than caring about patient welfare. They still have a few brilliant doctors from the past like Dr Jolly Zachariah but many new doctors like Dr Shikha Puri and Dr Salman Razi who are extremely rude and arrogant. They often forget that they are mere humans and not Gods. Even Gods can be caring and gentle but not these human Gods. I wonder if they recollect their Hippocratic Oath and realise that are still bonded by their undertaking,

Since registering in April I have seen three different doctors due to urgent appointments. Even though they are incredibly busy they all have been very thorough, caring and very pleasant. Helpful receptionists as well. All doing a great job.... Thank you.

Our family has been with the practice for a long time. I must say a fantastic surgery, with lovely doctors and staff. Always helpful....... Thank you for looking after us during difficult times....👍👍😀😀

Great medical centre. Helpful polite and understanding. Cannot understand how people can put this wonderful service down. Dr SW recently retired and will be sadly missed by all. The receptionists have always been helpful and friendly. Keep up the good work guy's.

No medical center is perfect, but this one does a decent job. Be aware that you can get appointments on the day if you call at 8.30. It can be hasstle to find the line available, but it worth the try. A big thank you to all dedicated doctors!
