I have just returned home from this clinic having had a hip replacement. I cannot express enough the wonderful experience I had whilst in there. Very lovely happy attentive staff right from the surgeon to the food service. The day I arrived I was taken to my room. The surgeon miss jane webber came to see me to discuss what would be happening. The same with the anesthetist. Nurses were brilliant too. Always cheery and it was genuine! I was well looked after and really enjoyed my first meal after my operation. Lovely food! Alice also came to see me for my physio and got me up on my feet. I do hope I haven't forgot anyone ! Also the pharmacist who gave me clear instruction on my medication for when home.nThankyou all at the saxon clinic for an unforgettable stay.nRegardsnGale hart
The staff were highly professional and polite, creating an environment where I felt safe and well cared for. It was clear that everyone knew their roles well and engaged in conversation within their scope of knowledge and responsibility. I felt confident in their abilities throughout the process. Special thanks to Mr. Mark Draper, who is an excellent ENT surgeon, for making me feel secure and supported from start to finish. A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved for their professionalism and care during this vulnerable time for me.
Thank you to Dave for the amazing physio support and perseverance with the exercises! I am very grateful to have had the experience of working and recovering from knee surgery with Dave, back climbing mountains, running and gym training!nMassive thanks to Mr Flynn for sorting my knee - with minimum effort and maximum results! Wonderful team !
Dr Hacker and all the staff were amazing. So professional and so caring. I was very impressed. Right from the time I checked into the reception, there receptionist then the nurses who came and did my obs and filled up my notes then the nurse who took me to the operation theatre, all the staff in the operating room and Dr Hacker everyone was so lovely. Thank you so much for your care and professionalism.
Wonderful nursing staff. Anne was fab and put me at great ease. Felt comfortable and very well looked after. Thank you so much for the best health related experience I have had for day case/minor procedure admission.
