I was extremely nervous, however from start to finish the staff, including reception, nurses and consultants were fantastic. I have other health concerns that the staff all handled perfectly. The surgery is everything you could want, but would be nothing without the staff. I’ll be looking to contact the clinic directly to thank those that helped me. These people deserve so much than they receive. I am hugely appreciative of their understanding.
Went to ENT for my daughter and Mark Draper had a look at my daughter's ears and clearly assessed the condition and suggested for solution. Also he patiently answered all my questions
Wonderful care. My Nepalese room nurse was so friendly, professional and warm. Douglas and the clinical team put me at ease and kept me completely informed throughout. The post op team were superb, relaxed. The work itself looks so carefully done, think I will have a clean small scar. Overall my visit was simply outstanding. A1.
A very positive experience for an anxious parent. The nurses Rachel and Nilay who looked after my son were fantastic from start to finish. The post op phone call the next day from nurse Lisa was also very helpful. Thank you also to the consultant Miss Hunt for taking such great care of my son.
My son had a blood test, he was crying all morning, but as we got there, Lisa & Katie distracted him, cheered him up, made sure that he got through the test without a tear and without pain. They are brilliant! Thank you so much for being lovely and caring!
Our daughter came in for an operation and the standard of care and procedure itself was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and put our daughter at ease despite it being an initially scary environment for her. Would definitely recommend to others.
My partner attended the Saxon Clinic today for a MRI. Jane on the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Hanna and Claire in MRI were very professional, efficient and friendly. The whole process was seamless and the fact he could do this on a weekend and not take time off work was a real bonus. Highly recommend.
I went to Saxon Clinic today for my first visit since surgery. I had great treatment from Aisha as she took the clips from, cleaned the wound and redressed it. I was expecting pain and there was none. She was gentle, and informative and really put me at my ease. I then went on to my first physio session with Alice who was pleased with my progress and movement and gave me some more excersises to do. My recovery is coming along nicely thanks to these professionals. Thank you.
Had pre op today with nurse Rachel Cook. I must say, she was brilliant. She was so helpful and cheerful. Made the whole procedure a. Ore pleasant experience. Thank you Rachel. I had a physio session as well and that was very good as well.
Everything about my stay was great. The room was so nice and the staff were lovely. Well trained, friendly, positive and helpful. I had no qualms about pressing the buzzer and asking for something, knowing I would be cared for quickly and efficiently. It was such a positive experience. Seeing Dawn to have my staples out was so painless and positive as well. She talked through bruising and pain medication management very clearly as well. The physiotherapist Robyn was also lovely. She gave me positive feedback on my condition and sent through new exercises, which are very clear.
