I had a wonderful experience at Saxon Clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The staff were all amazing from the reception staff to nurses. My private room made me feel comfortable and it eased my anxiety before having general anesthetic. My doctor/surgeon and anaesthetist both very professional and explained every step. Private healthcare has changed my life.
Great experience , newly renovated The Saxon Clinic was great for my recent surgery. My consultant was very understanding and gave me great confidence that surgery was the right option after trying alternatives,nAll the staff I had contact with were fabulous , kind and reassuring and fun where appropriate! Wouid not hesitate to recommend .
I came to the clinic out of hours with a very painful infection. Even though I had no appointment and it was outside normal hours, they still took me in and treated me straight away. From the moment I arrived, I felt supported and reassured.nI had my operation on the 6th of February and unfortunately developed an infection afterwards. The care and compassion shown by the staff meant so much to me during a very difficult and painful time. They cleaned and treated me with great care and were incredibly kind and understanding when I became upset because of the pain.nThey made sure I had proper pain relief and the doctor provided a prescription so I could continue my recovery at home.nI have been attending this hospital for six months now and I truly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The nurses and doctors go above and beyond for their patients and genuinely care about the people they treat.nSince the infection, they have checked in on me regularly, and I have been coming in daily to have my dressing changed while they continue to monitor my recovery closely. This level of follow-up and support has meant more to me than I can express.nA special thank you to the two nurses and the doctors who helped me on Sunday. I don’t know what I would have done without you, and I am sincerely grateful for everything you did for me.
Just had a MRI scan - very positive experience from initial meet and greet to going through paperwork to the actual scan.nBoth Clare and Hannah were so kind, caring, patient and attentive. They put you at ease, checking about your comfort at every step.nExtremely patient focused.nThank you- much appreciated
