Have seen a great improvement over the last few months, including receptionists especially, still cannot get appointments easily, but I think this is general all round. Overall satisfied.

I found the previews given are rude and lack any reasonable knowledge of the practice. The surgery is a very well run surgery and is constantly trying to improve . If you feel that bad join the PPG and try to help? Keep up the good work.

I think people should stop giving 1 star reviews for WHC. There is a serious issue with overpopulation in MK without the funding or doctors to open GP practices. If they say "Im sorry all our appointments are full" its not because all the doctors have gone out for the afternoon to nandos.. its because they are all working and full... this isnt a GP practice problem its a nationwide NHS funding shortage. I think you should rate this place on the care and attention of staff when you are there which I do rate highly.

A brilliant doctors surgery, loads of rooms and quick appointments the staff are always in hand to help and nothing ever seems to much for them. They are a great bunch and clinically competent

Its quicker to sign up to another doctors than wait to get through for an appointment. Staff are generally dismissive and on occasion extremely unprofessional when criticising ways in which you have previously been advised to deal with medication etc enough to go as far as to call them 'idiots'.
