I saw Sarah and Dr Patel for skin irritation I came at 6pm was seen within an hour. The reception team was very friendly kind professional and empathetic. Clinician Sarah was so amazing and Dr Patel was so professional and empathetic and kind I was blown away by the care I received
Had the most ridiculous receptionist today around 5:30pm. I’m not very familiar with English, and my wife tried to help me answer the questions. But this lady with white hair told her to go and sit down in front of everyone and didn’t allow her to assist me at all. I was forced to answer everything on my own. I’ve never experienced this kind of treatment in NHS hospitals before—especially when we are paying for this service. Absolutely ridiculous.
Fantastic care for my 3 year old son with a head injury last night. In and out within 2 hours. A very kind, patient nurse dealing with an upset and anxious child.
We arrived at the emergency room with a child at 7:30pm and only at 01:30 a doctor could see us. Shame on the poor quality services and especially shame on you for not offering services commensurate with the fees paid…...all this after 2 weeks ago we went and he told us there was nothing wrong and the next day less than 5 hours later at the neighborhood clinic the consultation revealed.
Surprisingly quick to be seen for a walk in centre! Everyone was politie and it was clean. But the Dr Hannah Tate was probably the best Dr I've seen.nnHannah was professional, put me at ease straight away, didn't rush me, listened and gave me sound advice. I can not express what an asset Hannah is to you. Its extremely rare to meet a Dr that's this personable, professional and just pleasant! Please make sure she is acknowledged properly. I genuinely felt better after walking out that place and its because I finally got the care that expected! Well done Hannah, please keep it up. You restored a bit of my faith in the system.
