So glad I have found this place! I wanted to get my contraceptive implant removed urgently. Called The Clinic MK and got an appointment for the same week- could not be happier. On arrival, I was greeted by a lovely receptionist. The doctor was very friendly, knowledgeable and has put me at ease. The whole procedure of removing the implant went very quick and smooth, I was pleasantly surprised. Price- affordable and competitive. Atmosphere- fantastic, if only I had another implant to remove, I would come back. Accessibility- easy parking, clean and modern building with all the amenities. I drove for my appointment all the way down from Bristol 3hrs and have no regrets, thank you to the lovely ladies at the clinic for helping me! :
The customer service is fantastic. Having exchanged a few emails enquiring about the services they provide and the pricing, I received a response within the hour and I was able to get an appointment quickly. The clinic was easy to find and results were emailed within 48 hours. Excellent overall and would definitely recommend and use again.
Easy to find, very friendly but professional receptionist, however the actual consultancy room is not pleasant, untidy and could do with some touch up A door handle part came off!

One of the best customer services I ever dealt with. I called last minute for a fit-to-fly test and the lady at the reception really went extra mile to help me! Thank you! To get to the clinic, you need to enter the big office building and then upstairs, first floor.
Waste of appointment as receptionist did ask me my DOB when booking appointment. I was extremely disappointed, they took the payment before treatment given. Very unprofessional.
Call answered with 2 rings , highly professional and an appointment scheduled for same evening. And when I had to call from abroad , my call was returned with in minutes and a follow up call thereafter within 5 min - my goodness! Where do you get service like that these days ! Well done MK Clinik and can only recommend this clinic !!

I won’t bother explaining my situation as this clinic seem to have an answer for everything. Consider this, if many different people are reporting an issue, then there’s likely a problem. I only wish I read the reviews first, hopefully others won’t be as unfortunate. I will do my level best to ensure that my family and friends will never attend this clinic.
Booked an appointment as I wanted my lad checked. 50 pounds taken straight away. Rushed appointment about 1 minute long. Complete waste of money. Beware. In and out in 1 minute and absolutely no help at all. Left feeling I have been completely ripped off.
