Uncooperative We had an ongoing issue with screeching brakes, we were told new brake pads had been put on by Branson's prior to them MOT'ing the car. However when we tried to fit new brake pads and discs ourselves there was no locking wheel nut with the car or jack and accessories, we were not offered replacements. We feel very disappointed.

My car had a 3 month cover and stiil has till the end of March when i need some work done they refused to fix it when i was told my loads of garages that the wheelbering is covered. Was very let down by this and I think if something else was wrong that would not be cover as well

Visted this car site to look at a car I had seen online. Was a bit worried as I am a young girl and don't know much about cars! When I went down to see the car I was pleasantly surprised and how friendly the staff were and helpful. I've had the car 6 months now and I've had no problems. Would recommend this car site. Will buy from here again

I bought a used car from this dealer and was completely mislead about the vehicles condition. The car has a serious engine fault which I found out when getting the car serviced shortly after purchase. They sold me a car that is now going to cost more than I paid for it to get it road worthy. They have completely blocked all my attempts to get a refund or repair even though it was under warranty. This dealership are completely dishonest and only concerned about making money, I would defiantly NOT recommend them to anyone PLEASE AVOID!

Your worst fear when visiting a dealership. completely misleading, dishonest and a complete disgrace to humanity. These guys knowing sold me a car with breaks that hardly worked. I drove the car home along the motorrway with my six year old daughter and the breaks failed. I took it to the nearest garage who quoted me £500 for a car I had just spent £3800 on. They denied me a refund repeatedly, by ignoring my request to be refunded. And have now threatened me with court.
