We bought a used Lexus from Gareth and Mark recently. I have to say that it was the most pleasant experience I have had of buying used from a dealer. These guys are helpful and polite from the minute they pick up the phone right through to delivering the car and make doubly sure all is in order before letting you drive away. The car is immaculate and was competitively prices and we got a very reasonable trade in value on our old car. The guys also sourced 2 new pairs of bluetooth headphones as the original ones were down a pair and the remaining one was a bit scruffy. These were sent - as promised - the day after we picked up the car. Gareth and Mark obviously care very much about their reputation and go the extra mile to prove. They work 7 days a week... Knowledgeable, helpful and fair.

After previewing a car on Friday and speaking with the owner who was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I had arranged to test drive a vehicle today (Sunday) so as arranged I came along to be greated by another member of staff. He was rude, unhelpful and just kept saying are you going to buy the car today? I explained the owner was trying to locate the service history and that I had arranged to test drive today and I still wanted to drive - the response again was are you going to buy the car - at which point I felt it better to leave due to the poor comprehension and lack of help he wanted to give.

Purchased new car and cannot thank them for the time and trouble they went through to ensure everything was ok.

What a professional outfit. The car I purchased was exactly as promised. The salesman Mark could not have been more helpful knowledgable or patient. When I collected the car it was absolutely pristine. My son in law has since purchased his car from here (a Nissan juke) and it is just as delighted with the car and the people he dealt with.
