Excellent dog friendly park, lots of space and even rivers for the dogs to run about and play. My new favourite spot in Glasgow for long walks, dog training and dog play time. Recommend for anyone all ages Dog-friendliness: Great space for training and playing for all sizes and breeds of dog, highly recommend!
Beautiful lovely place . Peace and quiet - that's what you will find there. Perfect place for a dog walk. Also there are some bicycle paths.
This is a brilliant place for dogs. It has so much open space for them to run. It also has a large wood, the beech trees are beautiful at this time of year. Also for the dogs who love water there is a burn running into a big pool. At the bottom of the wood on a clear day you get a great view of the city. It's an easy walk no big hills. There are mountain bike trails throughout the park but they are well sign posted and easy to avoid. Mr Dog loves it.
Go for a walk, chill out or fly drones it's a fun place to be and the view over glasgow is amazing. Walk the dog
Go here all the time with the dog and it’s a fantastic walk with lots of different routes you can take. Just be careful to stay off the BMX tracks as some riders can be very fast. We often find some of them riding on the pedestrian paths so just keep an eye out
Lovely views over the city, well worth a drive up to it. Decent car park but get there early as particularly busy at this time. Walk down the hill to Fernbrae Meadows for some benches and a nice wee circular. Would be lovely for a picnic in the summer.
boyfriend says the best trails he has been to in years, pump track is bangin' and he has been mountain biking for years. For me, Im just starting but I found the trails still do-able and really fun. If you just want to walk round it, views are lovely and is open and flat in lots of places, but still has hills if you want to climb them and pay a visit to the windmill. Highly recommend checking it out!
Great place, great views, a lot of paths. Definitely recommend to visit it at any time. Easily accessible parking however at certain hours you won't find a space and you will have to park on the street.
Very nice big park, plenty of routes for all level and some very cool bikes paths too, would definitely come back!
Great views over Glasgow onto the Campsies beyond. Easy stroll nothing arduous with masses of open space and car parking at the site. Woodland and open space provide a varied experience although beware there are no restroom or resfreshment facilities so take your own food, drink and a bucket
