Great little pub. Very lively at the weekend (when I visited). Fantastic selection of food and huge portions. It might seem a little pricey but the quality and portion size more than makes up for it. Highly recommended after a long walk along the old railway on a sunny day!

Superb food, returned 3 times on our week's holiday. It was so lovely, made obvious by how busy it always was, and for reasonable prices. Good place just to sit for a drink too.

Lovely generous size Sunday roast. Food came fairly quickly. Was busy so had to book. A few free parking spaces available to side. Entrances aren't easily accessible for disabled or prams due to steps and two doors from side, but a nice place.

Good value for money food pleasant staff. Only drawback Dogs are allowed fortunately only in the flagged area so you can avoid them

Allways good food and drink available here, at sensible prices. I have been going here for 6 years. Staff Allways courtius. Nice old world pub vibe.
