Excellent set up if you fancy biking ir walking around Afan Forest. And who wouldn't? Direct access to the trails. Guides and bike hire available. Food and drink really excellent. Just the job after a long day outside. Team really friendly and helpful throughout. Breakfast immense too. Accommodation basic, but very clean and tidy and forms part of a fantastic package for a visit to the Valley and Forest. Just book and go.

Just stayed here for 2 nights whilst doing MTB in Afan. This place is awesome. Everything in one place. Nice room with a view, great food (burgers are amazing) and a bar. No need to go off-site Really helpful and knowledgeable staff and you can ride straight on to the trails. Can't praise the place enough. MTB perfection.

Stopped here for lunch whilst out on long walk. Lovely place to stop at. Accessible from both the main road and the bike trails below. Staff were polite and helpful. We hadnt booked but that wasn't an issue. They have a few different menus. Including lunch time and children's. The Food was reasonably priced, well proportioned and tasty. We sat indoors but you can eat outside. There was a television in the bar with sports available. There is also free wifi. Building is well kept, with nice grounds and amazing views. There is a free car park to the rear.

As keen mountain bikers this place is ideal to start & finish from. If you want a biking break the accommodation is great & the seriously friendly owners & staff are always on hand to help or advise on which route or trail to try next. At the end of a hard days riding ( or hiking of course ) there is always a friendly welcome in the bar / restaurant where there is a good selection of beers & excellent food. Even if you're just passing why not just stop in for a coffee or something lunch & admire the awesome views.

Absolutely lovely food and great service. Staff all very friendly and helpful and a nice relaxed atmosphere
