I’m very happy and impressed with the service Carter & Haines provided in buying my car from me.
I gave an honest appraisal of my car on Wizzle and subsequently received a good offer that was above the trade in value. I accepted and the car was collected with no quibble on the price, funds were transferred into my account and I handed over the keys....hassle free.
I now have a lease car but should I be in a position to sell again, they will definitely be my first port of call.

Advertised our car and was a little unsure on using this service when first presented with the offer to procure our car, but need not had worried. The process from start to finish was seamless. email correspondence was achieved in an adequate time frame for any questions I had. The price offered for our car was a sensible offer with no post-bargaining like other car buyer firms. Therefore, I have no hesitation in recommending the service offered by Carter & Haines. Sell with confidence.

Sold my lovely Peugeot 3008, as I was reluctantly down-sizing. I was offered my asking price, without quibble, and the deal was done very quickly, enabling me to pick out my next car without delay.
I would highly recommend Carter & Haines if you're wanting to sell, and in particular Michael Parry who provided a first class experience from start to finish. Speedy admin and immediate bank transfer payment on collection - by very polite and professional driver.  No stress or worry and I would definitely use again, if the need arose.

I dealt with Paul Jackson exclusively in my dealings with Carter & Haines and found it an effortless experience.  Not only did he make buying the car of choice simple from the start, he also gave me a very fair trade on the car I was replacing.  The vehicle I subsequently purchased was exactly as described in the ad (so no nasty surprises) and on inspecting the car and then making the final swap, Paul came to me both times so the effort on my part was minimal - and all in a week!
I would have no hesitance in recommending Carter & Haines and will likely look there first on my next purchase.

A bit apprehensive when their broker first called me expressing interest in buying my car. But, he was very professional, kept in touch and offered a better price for my car than the main dealer I was negotiating with offered  in part exchange,
The whole transaction was very smooth and the necessary paperwork self explanatory. They even sent a £1 test payment to my bank account to ensure they had the correct details.
On the day the car was collected, their representative inspected the car to check it was in the condition I had described. Then a quick telephone call to head office and the money was electronically deposited in my account in minutes!
I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending Carter & Haines in the future.
